Diving camp continues this week in Woodstock

The sport of diving has been a top-flight discipline across Canada and around the world for decades.

Cliff McLeod of Woodstock will be guiding local athletes this month at a two-week diving camp at the Carleton Civic Centre's pool.

On Tuesday, young athletes from the region began the first day of a two-week camp in the sport, hosted by the Woodstock Recreation Department at the Carleton Civic Centre's pool.

The event is open for those of the 8 to 12 age group.

Instructor Cliff McLeod of Woodstock will be guiding the youngsters until Friday, Aug. 15.

Those wishing more information on the two-week camp may call the Woodstock Recreation Department.
