Western Valley awards May 29

The Centre for Coaching Education's 2008 awards banquet is set for Thursday, May 29 at 6:30 p.m. at the Florenceville Curling Club.

Guest speaker will be Dave Thomas, the executive director for Athletics New Brunswick.

Tickets for the event are available at local recreation departments.

Awards will include coach of the year, volunteer leader of the year, and the group's annual official's award.
