Woodstock's class of ‘68 to reunite

The organizing committee has met regularly over the past months at the Fusion cafe in downtown Woodstock, planning a number of activities to mark this milestone event. Committee members are Susan Bartlett, Diane (Peterson) Berry, Denise (Lavoie) Bongard, Lesley Olmstead, Linda (Smith) Jones, Diana (Stairs) Kennedy, Karen Taylor, Bob Wilson and David Wishart.

Organizers from Woodstock High School's Class of 1968 are planning their 40th reunion for next weekend. Organizers include, from left, Diana (Stairs) Kennedy, Linda (Smith) Jones, Karen Taylor, Bob Wilson, Susan Bartlett and Denise (Lavoie) Bongard.

Festivities kick off on Friday evening, July 25, with registration and a tour of Woodstock Middle School, which was the high school at the time this class graduated. This will be followed by a meet and greet at Sheriff Winslow House.

Saturday includes a breakfast, golfing, and evening activities include a reception, dinner and a dance featuring music from the ‘60s and ‘70s at the Woodstock Golf and Curling Club.

WHS grads from 1965 to 1970 are most welcome to take part in all of the reunion activities.
