Nackawic-area residents and visitors enjoyed coffee and doughnuts while learning more about the impact of Alzheimers during a recent event at the Nackawic Mall.

The Alzheimers Coffee Break Party, sponsored locally by CIBC branch in Nackawic, is one of a number of promotional events nationwide, leading up to the door-to-door campaign taking place throughout Canada during the month of October in support of the Alzheimer Society of Canada.

Nackawic scheduled two coffee break parties. In addition to the CIBC-sponsored event, another one in scheduled for Nackawic's Industrial Park at which Alzheimer Coffee Party representatives will visit the various businesses to promote their upcoming October door-to-door campaign.
