Water, Water Everywhere

PHOTO BY JEFFREY BENTO-CARRIER The NB Trail in Lower Brighton was overcome by flood waters on Thursday morning. At press time, water levels in the Hartland region had risen at least one to two feet in some areas May 1 because of spring run-off and heavy rains on the Saint John River which hit Carleton County earlier in the week.
