Centreville's Thompson Insurance & Assoc. Ltd. recently adopted Portage Mutual Insurance. The Portage Mutual Insurance Company was organized Oct. 2, 1884, based on the underwriting principles of security, integrity, hard work and personalized service.

Portage Mutual is 100-per-cent Canadian owned with over 500 Independent Brokers across Canada with their head office located in Portage La Prarie, Manitoba.

Thompson Insurance Vice-President and Manager Mike Weston said Thompson Insurance & Assoc. Ltd. shares the same principles.
