Two-vehicle collision

A two-vehicle collision closed Connell Road around 5 p.m. Tuesday for approximately one hour. Cpl. Carter Stone of the Woodstock Police Force said an elderly lady pulled out of the NB Power driveway into traffic hitting a westbound vehicle. The elderly driver was taken to hospital with minor injuries. The passengers in the other vehicle walked away unharmed. Cpl. Stone said the investigation into the accident is ongoing and charges are pending.
